Conquest Carts warrants any new Conquest Cart purchased from any of its authorized dealers in the USA and will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 3 years from the date of purchase, subject to the stated limitations. Under this warranty any authorized Conquest Cart service or Conquest Cart dealer will, free of charge, repair or replace any part determined to be defective by Conquest Carts due to faulty workmanship or material from our factory. Any parts used in the warranty repair will be warranted for the balance of the cart’s warranty period.
