EDGE EV (Vortex, Phantom, Glyde)
Parts: 2 years from delivery. Battery Management System (BMS): 2 years. Battery cells: 5 years. Register your cart within 30 days of delivery to activate coverage. Warranty parts ship free for the first 90 days. EDGE EV does not cover shipping costs, labor and installation, normal wear items (tires, brakes, etc.), misuse or accidents, or unapproved modifications.
Kandi (Kruiser, Cowboy, Innovator)
Vehicle: 12-month limited warranty. Lithium battery: 36 months. Winch (equipped models): 90 days. Coverage starts at the original retail purchase from an authorized dealer and covers defects in materials and workmanship, including parts and labor for eligible claims. Normal wear, accidental damage, and non-approved modifications are not covered.
Conquest (S 4, S 6 and Lifted)
3 years from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship, including the frame, motor, motor controller, chargers, transaxle, brakes, suspension, steering, instrument cluster, and wiring. Lithium batteries: 5 years. Routine maintenance, normal wear, and brake pads are not covered.
CycleBoard (Rover, X-Quad, Xtrider)
Structural components (frame, handlebars, motors, wheel hubs, and suspension): 36 months from purchase. Electronics, including the battery, display, lights, and controller: 12 months. Tires and grip tape/deck are wear items and are not covered.
